Here at Beyond Bodywork we understand that things may come up last minute, and that's ok!
However, frequent no shows have a negative impact on our business. To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all clients, we have implemented the following policies:
We kindly ask for a 24 hour notice if you are no longer able to make your appointment.
If you cancelation with less than the requested 24 hour notice, or do not come for your schedule appointment with out notifying us, we consider that a "no show" appointment.
3 "no show" appointments in a 6 month period will result in requirement for prepayment of all services in full. This prepayment is non refundable if a client "no shows" the appointment, but is transferable if they give the appointment to someone else or cancels in the appropriate time.
